Maltese Brewing Company was founded by two firefighters with a passion for craft beer. Bobby Cook and Joseph Smith started off home brewing when they weren’t out saving lives and protecting property.

Today, they are serving their community and honoring those that serve by brewing amazing hand crafted beers in a place that pays homage to the brave men and women who serve our community.
